Happy New Year!
Just a short post to let you know that we are aware that the button is defaulting to 01/01/2024 and not to today's date. This has been already fixed and you will need a minor update. The manual entry for today's date continues to work correctly.

Important PDQ news. Your PC or Samsung Pad that uses Chrome updated today to version 119 and no longer supports traditional databases like what the PDQ App uses. The slightly newer universal version should work on Chrome 119 and newer For right now, we have a 15 minute solution that will continue to work while we find the best solution.

Our QNotes version 8 will be slightly delayed as we ramp up to create this special PDQ update.

Please contact support for the 15 minute fix if you get a "WebKit" or "not supported" message when running PDQ on Chrome.

Great News! We are readying our Microsoft Windows 11 release. This version when running on Windows 11 will include fantastic Voice Recognition powered by Microsoft's engine. Many requested changes or fixes are included with this update. This is a paid update ($129) and we are sending you a postcard and an email with all the details.

Also news worthy is... we finished switching to the new phone system with shorter messages and fewer prompts so you can reach us faster. The old system was frustrating to use, dropping calls and losing messages. This is a cloud based system so in these pandemic times or in the event of a hurricane we are always reachable. Our phone and fax phone numbers will remain the same.
