• Last 2-3 years of property financial statements (income and expenses)
• Current rent roll (list of tenants, lease terms, and rent amounts)
• Most recent property tax bill
• Insurance information
• Copy of your current loan documents
• Personal financial statement (for the borrower or guarantor)
• Entity documents (LLC formation papers, operating agreement)

Having these ready before you start can shave weeks off your refinance timeline.
