Honored to speak today at the Army JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge graduation ceremony at Fort Jackson. These cadets spent the week developing the skills that matter most โ€ฆ leadership, character, citizenship, and excellence. Leadership is not about rank or position. Itโ€™s about stepping forward when others need you most. Proud of these young men and women for choosing growth, challenge, and service. The future is in good hands. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ https://x.com/CJ_HCS_Sup/status/2065204839559430182
