Healthy land works harder for you and for future generations.

Biodiversity at the local level is what keeps your land resilient. A mix of native trees, plants, and wildlife improves soil health, supports water quality, reduces erosion, and creates a stronger ecosystem that can better withstand extreme weather and pests. Diverse forests are more productive, more stable, and more valuable over time.

As a landowner, you have a unique opportunity to make an impact that reaches far beyond your property lines.

By enrolling in a forest carbon program with NativState, you can:
• Protect and enhance the natural biodiversity on your land
• Contribute to meaningful climate solutions
• Generate income through carbon credits
• Leave a lasting legacy of stewardship

Your land can help support healthier ecosystems locally while addressing global environmental challenges.

Today is Endangered Species Day

In the southern U.S., forests support a wide range of species at risk. Habitat loss remains one of the biggest threats they face.

NativState’s forest carbon projects address this challenge directly. Our projects currently protect 10 threatened and endangered species and include more than 430,000 acres of High Conservation Value. By conserving working forests and promoting sustainable management, these projects protect the ecosystems that endangered species rely on.
