We can't control most of this, but there are some things we CAN CONTROL as a society to FIGHT BACK! Our entire social landscape is about to drastically change for the worse...UNLESS...Allow me to set of realistic picture of whats happening right NOW. These loans and grants the government is saying they are going to give away (included in the $2 trillion stimulus). Your favorite gym, your coveted child's day-cares, boutique workout places, clubs, name any other small business you make monthly automatic payments to. Most Small Business leases/rent are due in 5 DAYS. At BEST the grants will be here in 3 weeks...YEAH RIGHT...you think money is going to be handed out by the money tree??? No, that's NOT how it works. I can't just tell the government, I need $20,000 a month to keep my business afloat and they are going to willingly give to me. NOOOO, they will want all kinds of documents and information, I don't blame them. It's a massive risk to loan or give away money without knowing exactly how its going to be spent or doing background on the people asking for grants and loans. NOTHING IS FREE!!! We are crazy to think this is going to be this simple. It's not, so don't assume it is. I don't care who is in the White House. I know it's the cool thing to do right now, cut all your monthly auto spending and then tell it to the world on social media. But you are about to see a huge majority of small businesses go out of business. If you can financially afford to keep the payments going, them do it. If you absolutely can't then do what you need to do. If you are just cheap then you are a different kind of person we all make fun of behind your back.

Personal Home Mortgages are a little different because the bank isn't going to come put a chain lock on your front door to lock you out within 2 weeks or even a month. Commercial Landlord definitely will, no matter the Pandemic circumstance, mine business landlord expects his money no matter what, so does their bank.

Example, ONE month for rent here in The Woodlands... Commercial Rent for 3000 square feet = $10,000, plus labor costs $3000 to $5000, plus random utilities $500...these numbers are conservative (estimated total $13,500 in expenses at a minimum, probably closer to $17,000 in monthly expenses). CUSTOMERS NOT PAYING ONE MONTH of their dues...will most likely EQUAL your favorite local small businesses GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. But do what you want, I will continue to pay my monthly dues to help out our local small businesses so they are there when this blows over. My son's day care who does an amazing job has only 16 of 150 people paying their monthly dues at this time. They can't survive, get a clue and get real. I appreciate them and what they do for me. WE CAN CONTROL THIS IS WE DECIDE TO NOT LET FEAR MAKE DECISIONS FOR US.
