Culture says, “Keep grinding.”

God says, “Rest.”

Some of us wear exhaustion like a badge of honor. First one in. Last one out. Always busy. Always working.

But Scripture says, “He grants sleep to those He loves.”

Rest isn’t weakness.
Rest isn’t laziness.
Rest is obedience.

Maybe the most spiritual thing you can do this week is slow down, turn off the noise, spend time with your family, and trust God enough to rest.
