In Texas the minimum property size is different depending on if you have publicly supplied water or private water (water well) on your property with a septic system. The only exception is if your property was subdivided before January 1, 1988.🗓

⚠️ Double check your county before you buy or subdivide, because counties are allowed to be more strict than the the State minimum requires!
