For the first time ever, WrestleRave will feature an officially recognized NWA Championship match.

NWA Texas Heavyweight Champion Izzy James defends against Barrett Brown on Saturday, May 23 in Conroe.

Brown is no stranger to the National Wrestling Alliance, previously holding the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship before going on to compete in New Japan Pro Wrestling.

There is also deep history between these two. Their first documented match against each other dates all the way back to 2012, and they would later go on to hold tag team championships together.

Now over a decade later, they collide once again with the NWA Texas Heavyweight Championship on the line.
