Are jackets & ties still necessary?

When the world started working from home a lot of people never went back to the office. What used to be uncommon for someone to work from home is not extremely common and acceptable.

So what is the right answer to “should I wear a jacket and a tie”? The right answer is neither way is wrong. You have to do what makes sense for you and your brand.

When I work with clients I ask them to bring at least three looks. So we have plenty of wiggle room to play with ideas and see which one you like best.
