Thermal bridging or burning lots of candles?

you don't always get to flip houses in the same day, but when you do you know it's been a bad day. Lol. This one's nowhere near as bad as the first one but still there's a lot of stuff and the money spent on the home inspection more than paid for itself. Flip house special. Add you'll see in this brief video this inspection more than paid for itself. So many items that day either "Home owner did it, a friend did it ol and/ or no one pulled a permit. The current owner showed up before I was finished and stayed they just bought it 11 months ago and didn't have it inspected when they bought it.
