After Nevaeh's residential provider repeatedly violated her rights, including restricting her access to food, visitors, and mail, we helped her secure protections and challenged an unlawful attempt to force her out with only 72 hours' notice. Our advocacy gave Nevaeh the time she needed to find a new home-based placement where she now feels safe, respected, and welcome.
