Come join us Monday, June 7th from 5:30-7:00, for an outdoor reception to bid farewell to our friend and colleague, Donna Lannan, as she moves on to new adventures in her retirement. She has given her passion, creativity and skill to Foothills Physical Therapy for 6 years and to the greater Concord community for 30 years.
Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served and remarks at 6pm.

Melvin was delicately dissected by a team of skilled therapists, who were very interested in the anatomy of this very large chocolate bunny. We then bagged up the goods to share will all!

Happy Spring

Spring is a time of new beginnings and new adventures. So Foothills would like to introduce the newest member of our team Karen Shields OTR/CHT. She is a certified hand therapist with over 40 years of experience treating hand, wrist and elbow injuries.
Karen was the happy winner of the Granite State Candy Shoppe chocolate bunny raffle! Melvin (the Granite State Candy Shoppe bunny) joined Foothills for a few days before he was respectfully dismembered him to be be shared with all. Thank you Granite State Candy Shoppe for the delicious chocolate treat!

Please note that we have added the following question to our Screening Questions:

Have you traveled in the prior 14 days outside of NH, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island?

NH Health and Human services guidelines state that anyone who travels outside of New England needs to quarantine for 14 days when they return. (This recommendation is irrespective of the mode of transportation)

Just in case you have forgotten our other screening questions....

COVID-19
Please be prepared to answer these screening questions when you arrive for your appointment.

1) Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

2)Have you had a fever or felt feverish in the last 72 hours?

3)Are you experiencing any respiratory symptoms including a runny nose, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?

4)Are you experiencing any new muscle aches or chills?

5)Have you experienced any new change in your sense of taste or smell?

6)Have you traveled in the prior 14 days outside of NH, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island?

We will be taking temperatures when you come into the clinic and anyone with a fever of 100 degrees or greater will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Remember to wear your mask into the building and smile with your eyes.
