Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and full-unit renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting)
🔹 Complete carpentry work including framing, doors, siding, and decks
🔹 Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance and structural issues
🔹 Perform plumbing, electrical, and general construction work
🔹 Document work orders, time, and materials using company systems
🔹 Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response

Qualifications:
🔹 Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
🔹 Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, and renovations
🔹 Strong carpentry and troubleshooting skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
🔹 Willingness to work flexible and on-call hours
🔹 Portfolio and video questionnaire required for selected candidates
