I’m gonna share how this deal went down.

There were 3 offers, we were not the highest or the strongest and got it under list price. I make it a point to talk to listing agents and build that relationship to show I’m easy to work with. You’d be surprised how far that goes… we won the house which I couldn’t be more excited for. My buyer fell in love with this home. I’m honored to have helped win it for her.
