❤️Older adults deserve to age comfortably at home, not be forced into nursing facilities. But broken systems can easily take away that choice.

➡️ A federal judge allowed a class action lawsuit to move forward after finding evidence that some older adults and people with disabilities in New Hampshire aren't getting the Medicaid approved help they need at home, like assistance with bathing, cooking, or getting around safely. When that help doesn’t show up, people can be pushed into nursing facilities — even when the law says they should be able to stay at home.
