You suck at what you suck at

And that’s uncomfortable for a lot of people, especially when they get started.

So what happens? We’ll if you’re anything like literally everyone else, we are more motivated to do what we’re already decently good at & avoid things that we think we’re “bad” at.

In order to make real progress we HAVE to improve. That means doing what you suck at until you suck at that thing less. All the sudden you don’t suck at the thing.

If you avoid squatting because your knee hurts when you squat. your knee is going to hurt every single time you squat for the rest of your life. OR you train what you can train and strengthen the joint over time so that you eventually can squat pain free.

You’re only weak & fragile where you don’t train
