Many of you know us as the faces behind Sliced On Elm. What you may not know is just how much of our hearts we’ve poured into this place.

We’ve worked hard to build more than a pizza restaurant—we’ve built a place where friends gather, families make memories, pool leagues compete, trivia teams laugh together, and our community feels at home.

Like many small businesses, we’ve hit some unexpected challenges. Instead of giving up, we’re fighting for the future of Sliced On Elm.

We’re looking for a private investor who believes in supporting local businesses and wants to help us continue growing.

We are NOT selling our business or giving up ownership. We’re simply seeking a private investment that will allow us to strengthen operations, make important improvements, and continue serving Commerce for years to come.

To our amazing customers, friends, and community…

Running a small, locally owned restaurant has been one of the greatest joys of my life, but it has also been one of the hardest.

Like many small businesses, we’ve been hit by rising food costs, inflation, and expensive financing. Even with your incredible support, we’ve reached a point where we’re looking for a private investor or private lender who believes in small businesses. I’m not looking to sell ownership of my restaurant. I’m looking for someone interested in helping with growth through a structured investment or loan. If you—or someone you know—has experience investing in small businesses and would be willing to have a confidential conversation, I would be incredibly grateful for an introduction.

I’d be happy to privately share our business plan, growth strategy, and investment opportunity with anyone who may be interested.
