Caddo House

I have single bedrooms for lease in Commerce, Texas. The house is within walking distance on the Texas A&M Commerce Campus. College students or professionals are welcome.

~We have rooms for rent for $425 all bills paid. This includes water, gas, electric, and internet. The Security deposit of $425 plus first month’s rent is due at signing.There is no application fee to pay for the background check and reference checks. The Security deposit is refundable at the end of the lease.
