⚙️ F-Series Build Update ⚙️

The custom camshafts from Delta Camshaft finally arrived.

These weren’t off-the-shelf cams. Delta worked with us on two different profiles for our built F22, where the goal is 500+ horsepower, a 250-shot of nitrous, and a 9,500 RPM target.

But getting the cam solved one problem and uncovered another…

We need an adjustable cam gear.

Years ago, companies like Skunk2 and Bisimoto offered adjustable cam gears for the F-series. Today, finding one from a reputable manufacturer isn’t so easy.

So now we’re left with three options:

• Find a used cam gear.
• Remove the one from our running F23.
• Or engineer our own.

That’s exactly why this project exists.

Our 92 Honda Civic isn’t just another project car, it’s becoming the platform we use to develop parts for an engine the aftermarket has largely forgotten. Along the way we’ve already engineered billet hood hinges, we’re developing an F-series race header, a direct-port nitrous adapter, a pull-type slave adapter, and now… maybe an adjustable cam gear.
