So lets collectively pause here and take a quick self-compassion break...

ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕘𝕟𝕚𝕫𝕖- Take a moment to notice what you are feeling and experiencing in the present moment.

𝔸𝕔𝕔𝕖𝕡𝕥- Accept your present experience and release any judgements.

𝕀𝕟𝕧𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕖- Gently explore whatever might be coming up for you.

ℕ𝕦𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕖- Practice self-compassion by being kind to yourself at this present moment.
