NEW art installation: Butterfly Walk 🦋 come stroll along the Garden's walking trail and look up to discover a stunning collection of giant butterflies soaring overhead.
These custom metal sculptures were created exclusively for Columbus Botanical Garden by metal artist Ryan Mathern. Educational signs invite guests to learn more about the butterfly species represented in the display, making the experience both beautiful and educational.
Ryan Mathern is a metal artist whose work transforms steel into striking sculptures inspired by the natural world. Through skilled craftsmanship and creative design, he blends strength and movement to create pieces that celebrate the beauty of plants, wildlife, and the outdoors.
The butterflies are the key feature along the newly established Wellness Walk sponsored by St. Francis | Emory
Visit the Garden Tuesday - Sunday, 9am - 5pm, and Fridays 9am - 7pm, to see the butterflies!
