Dr. Silver is a Quantitative and Public Health Criminologist at RTI’s Center for Legal Systems Research, specializing in public health issues related to youth justice, corrections, and pretrial decision making. With 10 years of experience in experimental and quasi experimental research, statistical modeling, and data visualization, he translates complex data into actionable insights while mentoring others to lead impactful research.
