We are now accepting applications for the OPA Leadership Development Academy Class of 2027.

The LDA was launched in 2015. Our mission is to develop and nurture a diverse network of emerging psychologist leaders to promote and encourage them to embrace leadership roles within OPA and in their organizations and communities.

We welcome anyone interested in developing their leadership potential to apply for admission. Please note that the application deadline is August 31, 2026.
