Pickled French Fries Recipe - Bon Appétit Brining these fries in a salt-and-cabbage solution seasons them and, as they start to lightly ferment, infuses them with a slight tang. Think salt-and-vinegar chips and you get the right idea.

So we looked at a space yesterday. It was rough and needed a LOT of work, but just being able to visualize really helped to inspire. Still looking, still working, still dreaming, but it is starting to feel more real.
