The family of Sharon Weiss Galleries are excited to welcome Julia Jones as the newest resident artist at 24 Lincoln St. Art Studios & Gallery!

Julia is a Central Ohio artist who works primarily in oil and charcoal, creating expressive portraits, landscapes, and architectural studies. Since beginning her fine art journey in 2019, she has developed a passion for painting from life, capturing the ever-changing beauty of light through plein air painting, portraits, and live events.

Her work explores the relationship between light and shadow, using color, contrast, and composition to create paintings that invite viewers to pause and connect. Julia also handcrafts the wood frames for many of her paintings, making each piece a true labor of love from start to finish.

We can’t stop looking at our new drawing done by Paul Bourguignon recently purchased at the OSU Faculty Club. Roger and I have connected with Bourguignon’s work for years. We are so excited to add this beautiful drawing to our collection.
