University Housing Solutions was honored to join Holy Cross College earlier this month to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 114-bed residence hall — the first in a series of phased construction projects supporting the College’s continued growth and commitment to enhancing the student experience.

Construction on Phase II of our New Residence Halls + Athletic Complex project for Belmont Abbey College is officially underway!

This exciting new development consists of two new dormitories with 320 total beds and a central quad connecting the two buildings. In conjunction with the housing, a new turf field with an 8-lane track will be developed, as well as a 10,000 SF athletic building to house locker rooms, team rooms, and offices for coaches.
