A few weeks ago, I gave this mama her final cut before baby. Today, she sent me a photo holding her newborn—with her beautiful daughter by her side—and I felt it deep in my chest.

Postpartum hair loss is more than shedding strands… it’s shedding layers of yourself you’re still trying to hold onto. I know, because I’ve walked through that valley myself after having my daughter, Journee. It was in that tender unraveling that God revealed a deeper calling—to create sacred space for women returning to themselves.

There is a way to enjoy motherhood and still long for the version of you you remember.
To be in love with your baby and still feel like you’re fighting to find your reflection.
To feel vibrant in a body that doesn’t feel quite like yours—yet.

This is only the beginning of the deeper healing work I know I’m here to do. But for now, I’ll keep showing up behind the chair, walking hand-in-hand with women as they reconnect, regrow, and rise—cut by cut, strand by strand, back to themselves.
