Actaea loves to bring some ✨flair✨to agility competitions. Sometimes she tries to start a highest jumper competition, but weirdly the other dogs don’t join in 😂

Whoops, I never posted a National recap!

Actaea competed in agility and Q’d both of her JWW runs winning first in her classes! This completed her first agility title, NAJ 🤗 She also competed on team “The Jona Bunch” in Novice Rally Teams and we collectively placed second 🩷

At the LEASH pre-specialty, Tae took second in her large bred by adult class under breeder judge Mel Burton!

Then at the SHCA pre-specialty, she took fourth in her large bred by class under breeder judge Delbert Thacker!

It was such a fun week and it was so nice to catch up with friends near and far. I had a great time running a breed history trivia night too! We definitely surpassed any expectations I had going into the National and I am so grateful for this fun little dog. Huge thank you to Suzie for sharing a campsite with me to make this happen, too!

Huge thank you to the judges for finding Actaea in a big line up of lovely dogs. It was a boost of serotonin that was desperately needed 🫶🏻
