MetroHealth nurses ratify first behavioral health contract Union president Patty Kane says the agreement will improve working conditions for nurses and ensure patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

OSU announced the Merit Raises for this year yesterday afternoon. As a reminder for all OSUNO bargaining unit nurses your raises are tied to the pre negotiated rates in the back of the contract.

Nothing will change here for OSUNO this year. The language to reference here at the bottom mentions the aggregate 3%. If OSU were giving an aggregate higher than that the payscales would need adjusted.

As it stands nothing is changing from the rates in the contract. OSUNO has always advocated for raises across the board that impact everyone.
