was their inspiration, their fit-spiration, their motivation & mentor... -ation 🤷🏿‍♂ and a damn good one of all of those she was to them and so many more.
Hmmm... I wonder if they ever accomplished doing a muscle-up....

I've been holding out...
So I've been taking my frandz, family & some trainees on bike rides the past 3 months; sometimes teaching, most times showing the sites and enjoying the ride. Sometimes we take selfies 😁😎🙃
