GROVE CITY! A FREE Men’s Workout location is coming to Gantz Park. Join us THIS SATURDAY, March 28th at 6am for some fitness and some fellowship.
As always, F3 workouts are:
- Open to All Men
- Free of Charge
- Held Outdoors
- Peer Led
- End in a circle of trust
If you’re in the GC area, we need you there. Open to all fitness levels and all ages. It’s a great way to kick off your weekend and meet guys from all over the city.
Some mornings the workout is a bootcamp.
Some mornings it’s a run.
And some mornings it’s a ruck.
Rucking is simple.
Throw some weight on your back and move.
It’s a reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated.
Just carry the load and keep going.
This morning a group of us rucked together across Columbus for a special reason.
The season opener for the Columbus Crew.
Some of these guys are huge Crew supporters.
Some just love the brotherhood.
But that’s the thing about F3.
It’s a network of men showing up for fitness, fellowship, and each other.
Today our corner of that brotherhood showed up with boots on the ground, weight on our backs, and a little extra pride for our local team.
Strong men.
Strong community.

The gloom was real this morning in Central Ohio.
The fog was thick enough to match the name we give it.
But that is what we do.
Men get up early, step into the dark, and go to work.
There is something powerful about choosing discipline before the sun rises.
About showing up when it would be easier to stay in bed.
The connection and camaraderie are what keep us coming back.
It is not just the workout, it is the brotherhood.
We support each other, push each other, and laugh with each other in the middle of the fog.
And somehow the gloom turns into clarity.
