This certification represents an incredible commitment to helping children heal, grow, and thrive through the power of play and connection. Synergetic Play Therapy is a neuroscience-informed approach to play therapy that focuses on emotional regulation, authenticity, attachment, and the therapeutic relationship to support lasting healing in children and families.

Becoming a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist requires extensive advanced training, consultation, supervision, personal reflection, and over 90 hours of specialized coursework beyond introductory play therapy education. She is joining 812 certified SPT therapists in the world, with 5 of those being in the state of Georgia!

Lydia’s dedication to deepening her clinical skills and creating safe, transformative spaces for children and families is truly inspiring.
