flour 170-180 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp.
a pinch of salt
1 egg

Custard;
1 egg yolk
milk 300 ml
sugar 50 g (3 tablespoons)
starch 25 g (2.5 tablespoons)
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
butter 50 g

bake at 220° for 10-15 minutes.

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Bars Recipe:
1 package of remade Puff Pastry
1/2 cup of room temperature Cream Cheese
1 Egg
Salt and pepper to taste
5oz package of Smoked Salmon

Unroll and cut puff pastry into 8 equal rectangular pieces. In a bowl wisk together cream cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Pipe or spoon mixture in a 1/4" layer to the center of each puff pastry rectangle. Top with smoked salmon. Brush edges with butter and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 mins.

Chocolate Almond Coffee Bread ☕️
Recipe:
1/2 cup of melted Butter
1 cup of Strong Coffee
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
6 eggs
2/3 cup of Sour Cream
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Almond Extract
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Almond Flour

This is the easiest pumpkin pie recipe ever to make. Simple ingredients that keep in the pantry that come together to make a yummy custardy pumpkin pie. This simple pie will be a hit at your holiday dinner table or whenever you're getting a craving ☺️

Ingredients:
1 16 oz can of Pumpkin Puree
1 Whole Egg and 3 Egg Yolks
1 8 oz can on Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Clove
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Frozen 9" pie crust

Mix ingredients and pour into frozen pie shell
bake for 15 mins at 425 degrees and reduce temp to 350 for remaining 30 to 35 mins
cool for 2-4 hours in the fridge and enjoy!

This earl Grey Tea Cake was such a fun surprise of flavor. Im not a big fan of earl grey tea but this cake was absolutely delicious! And I hope you give it a try!
Cake recipe:
1 cup of softened butter
1 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of earl grey tea powder
1 teaspoon vanila extract
5 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

Cream butter in stand mixer, add sugar, earl grey tea, vanilla and beat in one egg at a time.
Add salt to flour and beat in flour 1/3 at a time to wet ingredients. Grease a cake or bundt pan and fill with cake batter. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

Earl Grey Glaze:
2 tablespoons of softened butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 earl grey tea bags

Heat up milk in microwave or on the stove top, hot but not boiling, seep tea bags in milk for 15 mins. Add butter and 4oz of tea milk to mixing bowl and add sugar. Beat till smooth, no lumps.

Just 4 simple ingredients!

Orange Glaze Recipe:
3 Cups of Confectioners Sugar
1/2 Cup of fresh squeezed Orange Juice
1 1/2 Teaspoons Orange zest
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

With a risk, mix all the ingredients together till smooth or no lumps present and pour over any cake. Can be refrigerated without hardening, simply stir and pour.

Perfectly Moist Banana Bread Recipe
4 ripe Bananas
1 cup of White Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)
1 cup of Brown Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)5 Eggs
1 cup of Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons of Almond Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Almond Flour or Almond meal
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda

Mash bananas and add sugar and then beat in butter and then eggs and extracts, then combine in the remaining ingredients. Divide mixture into two greased loaf pans and baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Then cool and enjoy!!

Rhubarb Bars

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:

2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
For the Topping:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in the chopped rhubarb. Pour the filling over the baked crust, spreading it evenly.
Make the Topping: In a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over the filling.

Loaded Potato Meatloaf Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1 (4 oz) package of garlic-flavored instant mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese blend, shredded
1/4 cup real bacon bits
Directions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Mashed Potatoes: In a medium saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in instant mashed potato powder. Set aside.
Make the Meatloaf: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onions, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce using your hands. Add bread crumbs and egg to the meat mixture and continue mixing with your hands.
Assemble the Casserole: Press the meat mixture evenly into an 8-inch square baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat using a rubber spatula. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top followed by the bacon bits.
Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Serve: Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
For the Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if necessary. Add cabbage, carrots, and half of the green onions. Stir-fry until the vegetables are just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine and Finish: Return the chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the top and stir to combine. Add the crispy chow mein noodles and toss everything together until well coated and heated through. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve: Garnish with the remaining green onions. Serve hot.

Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich With Avocado

Ingredients:

4 slices hearty artisan bread
4-6 slices bacon, cooked (pork or turkey)
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 small avocado, sliced
1 ripe tomato, sliced
6 basil leaves
1-2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:

Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place 2 slices of bread, butter side down, on a skillet or griddle.
Layer each with mozzarella, bacon, avocado slices, tomato slices, and basil.
Top each with another slice of bread, butter side up.
Heat over medium-high heat until the bottom of the sandwiches are golden and the cheese starts to melt, about 4 minutes. You can cover the sandwiches with a lid to speed up the melting process.
Carefully flip the sandwiches, reduce the heat to medium, and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
