As many of you know, I have been teaching cooking courses to groups throughout Columbus,Oh. and will now be assisting with a few courses at Franklin Park Conservatory. Salad bars have quickly become a favorite of mine. Here are two examples of previous wedges that I have done. Today they were miniature and served with sour cream and chive baked potatoes.
