For the past two years, Hamilton Capital has had the privilege of partnering with rising professional golfer, Maxwell Moldovan.

Maxwell, a 2024 graduate from The Ohio State University, and three-time All American, has had a very exciting spring after achieving the first victory of his professional golfing career by sinking a 50-foot putt to eagle the 18th hole at the 70th ECP Brazil Open in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

To play in the 2025 U.S. Open, held in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, Maxwell must first compete in the U.S. Open Final Qualifier on Monday, June 2nd, with his first round at beginning 9:15 AM. If Maxwell qualifies, he will be competing in his fourth straight U.S. Open.

On May 5th, we gathered at Sow Local to connect over themes of growth, community, and financial wellbeing.

Using a creative potting workshop as a framework, we explored the five key areas of financial life—Living, Giving, Owing, Growing, and Legacy. The discussion highlighted the importance of strong foundations, adaptability through life’s transitions, and the value of community in financial decision-making.

Hamilton Capital had a wonderful time sponsoring the 14th annual kiDDS CUP Charity Golf Tournament hosted by the KiDDS Foundation and held at The Golf Club at Little Turtle in Westerville, Ohio.

This year’s theme, ‘Around the World in 18 holes’, featured each golfer having a passport and collecting stickers at each hole. Following the event, donations were presented to the Free to Smile Foundation & the The Ohio State University Nisonger Center.

The KiDDS Foundation is a not-for-profit organization focused on fundraising for local and international dental foundations to help children everywhere improve their oral health.

Last week, Hamilton Capital hosted its inaugural company golf outing at The Lakes Golf & Country Club in Westerville, Ohio!

With 21 teams in attendance, players competed to be one of the top three teams while participating in unique side contests like ‘longest putt with a wood’, ‘longest drive with a hockey stick’, and ‘closest to the pin with a marshmallow’.

The event also featured The Ohio State University golf star and Hamilton Capital athletic partner, Maxwell Moldovan, who hosted a charity hole where players could purchase a guest-shot with all proceeds going to PlayYellow!, a program supporting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
