So we asked: What do people actually think about higher ed’s impact on their lives and communities? If you’ve ever wondered that yourself, you’re not alone — and the answer is more encouraging than you might expect: 77% of people said colleges and universities make an important contribution.

Why do so many college social posts feel…invisible?
