2019 is one for the books! Definitely a lot of ups and some downs but that’s life. I’m very grateful for all the people in my life and hope everyone has a great night tonight.
The top 9 pics with the most likes isn’t how I wanted to showcase this year. The pictures I chose mean the most to me because it’s what’s most influential and not just which ones were liked the most. My passion for fitness and cooking is just growing by the day and can’t wait for 2020 and all the that I’m going to conquer to get that Trifecta. Running a 10k with even if it’s still not a sport.....Then fitness wise winning the Championship with a great group of people as part of even if I didn’t end up winning the bet with
To my grandpa passing away and being something daily that is incredibly hard to deal with. I’m glad I have an amazing family and set of friends that I can always fall back on when times get tough.
I have goals for 2020 but mostly it’s keeping the course and being a genuine person that always puts in effort in all aspects of life to try and be the best person I can. Hopefully those around me also have that same goal. With all this said 2019 was great and want to make sure that everyone stays safe tonight so that we can all continue 2020 with those we all care for. #2019 @ Chicago, Illinois

Please Read: So this week my team at work did a really cool exercise regarding Diversity & Inclusion. I’m fortunate to work on a team full of individuals with diverse and different backgrounds and that’s a powerful thing when working together towards a common goal.
This exercise is called Inclusion starts with I. originally came up with this concept and it’s an exercise surrounding individuals basically telling a personal experience or perception about a personal struggle, stereotype, or misconception that’s occurred in one’s life. It’s supposed to be a statement that should be 20 words or less that kind of can tell a story. The perspectives of individuals on my team were really powerful to hear and really believe that teams that are trying to grow as a unit should utilize this exercise. It can show a side to people that don’t just jump out at you at first glance or through small talk.
My statement is “It’s the vexation feeling when being quiet and listening is perceived as being quiet or uninterested”
I encourage people to really think about their I and would love to hear some of yours!

Challenging the Millennial stereotype of continuously moving from job to job. I’m proud to say I work for a company where I have made amazing friends, have grown so much personally and professionally, and have a team full of great leaders to learn from!
Today marks my 3 years at Cardinal Health and I have so many people to thank for making each day even if it’s a struggle great! I look forward to continuing to grow and getting better everyday!
