Ohio’s HB 249 is more than just another bill—it’s a direct threat to performers, artists, and transgender people across our state. Laws like this try to silence creative expression and push LGBTQ+ communities further into the margins, and that harm is real.

The performing arts community has always been a place of freedom, self-expression, and chosen family. Bills like HB 249 chip away at that and is a direct violation of our 1st amendment rights. And one way to fight these bigots and hateful people, IS TO VOTE!!!
