Hey friends and family! I'm looking to collect more photos/video from the history of ihung and other suspension teams/facilitators/groups who we worked with, particularly in the 2002-2010 time period.

If you have any that you'd be willing to share (some might be used in my [jason] presentation at the Ontario SusCon this year) feel free to share them with [email protected] or message/comment here and we can figure out the best way to share them.

This page, and ihung in general, have been very quiet for a long time. We're not quite ready to break that silence as things are still in flux, but I (jason) wanted to make a quick post to let folks know that things are slowly happening behind the scenes here and we should have some public information _soon_.

Hey all, it’s the end of the year and more importantly the beginning of a new. We are working on a lot of new stuff for the near future and getting back into regular “Suspension Days”.
I would like anyone who is part of our circle to give 3 words that clearly reflect what “suspension” means to you. It’s for a small project that we will fill everyone in on after we get everyone’s words.
