Super late bday post but as I reflect off the past year… it’s been a lot of “coming home” and “new beginnings”.
I’ve only dreamt of teaching internationally, starting a clothing line, starting a supplement (not pictured), being on the mic.. and this year I just said “f**k it let’s just go after it all”.
It’s been transformative to say the least - constantly turning lemons into lemonade. Being opportunistic. My elbow is still recovering and Im proud for proving to myself that putting up big numbers isn’t the only thing I’m made of. Letting go of a decade of identity and creating the upgrade is such an experience and I swear, these next 2 years is gonna be tougher than the last… and I’m here for it 😈🥳🔥
Also, the biggest blessing and eye opener personally is.. how much love I actually have around me ❤️ being abroad for long periods of time can be lonely and tough and it’s not always as glamorous or “vacation like” as shown. I just choose to show the positives bc why highlight the negatives? Yet, I’ve been hearing that ppl wanna see what it’s really like so.. maybe that will be my next post 🤠

Alltra Tough lessons. Acknowledging and accepting where you’re at despite putting in what you thought was hard work - yet not amounting up to game day, is tough.
Training to win is hard but keeping your focus and positive attitude when things don’t go as planned… is even tougher 😮💨
I get asked how to handle days like these and it’s been a long time since I’ve had to. Knowing you did your absolute ONE HUNDRED - juiced it ALL out… there’s nothing more you can ask for except reflect and make the little changes that add up to the next big picture.
True blind spots and weaknesses reveal themselves in comp. If you’re competing, you have to know that that’s what you asked for. (For example, practicing rings yet not being competent enough for long rings so I should’ve practice free standing rope climbs instead 💀)
Love my team for being patient throughout this process. ❤️

This isn’t just technique work. It’s athlete development from the inside out.
⸻
I’m blending 10+ years of global Olympic lifting experience — from training in China to learning under David Weck, Andreo Spina — into one elite small-group intensive.

⚡ Neural + mindset prep
⚡ WeckMethod + mobility drills
⚡ Chinese weightlifting methodology
⚡ Seminar-style breakdowns (Wk 1–2)
⚡ Open gym “office hours” with my eyes on your lifts on a team programming (Wk 3–6)
⚡ Real-time corrections. Live pivots.
⚡ This intensive specifically will focus on overhead stability, turnover timing, and speed.
You’ll leave with more than numbers on the bar — you’ll gain technique autonomy, athleticism, and a system to self-regulate your lifts.
⸻

Early bird pricing for my first 20 only.
____
I created the drop in option because 6wks can be long. If you’re only missing 1 week, I’d still go with pay in full option (because math). If you want to go foundations first then upgrade, totally ok!
My personal sessions usually cost $150-200/per. Being in China for so long.. I wanted to create an affordable, valuable training for everyone and trust, I’m going to give my all from everyone I’ve trained under 🫶🏼
