One week ago, we said goodbye to Bosco.
Life hasn’t felt the same since. The house is quieter, my heart is heavier, and if I’m honest, even finding the motivation to keep The Crafty Club going has been hard. Grief has a way of changing everything.
Lately, I’ve found myself pouring that love into something new—making dog bandanas and collars. Maybe it’s my way of staying close to him. Maybe it’s how I’m learning to carry my grief instead of trying to outrun it.
I don’t know if this is just a season or if I’ll be making collars and bandanas forever because of Bosco. What I do know is that every stitch is made with love, and every piece reminds me of the sweetest boy who was with me everyday for 14 years and changed my life.
Thank you to everyone who has checked on me, shared memories of Bosco, or simply let me grieve in my own way. Your kindness has meant more than you’ll ever know.

With so many new faces here, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.
I’m Samantha, the owner and creator of The Crafty Club! What started as a dream to bring people together through creativity has grown into an amazing community of 1,260 incredible followers, and I truly can’t thank you enough for being here.
The Crafty Club was created for everyone. Whether you’ve always loved crafting or you’ve never considered yourself “creative,” there’s a place for you here. Sometimes all it takes is trying something new to discover a hidden talent, make a new friend, or simply enjoy creating without any pressure.
We believe creativity looks different for everyone, which is why we love offering a little bit of everything—painting, bracelet making, sewing, slime, playdough, sensory play, DIY projects, and so much more. We want every child and every adult to find something that sparks joy.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every booking, every like, every repost, every comment, every message, and every word of encouragement. Your support means more than you’ll ever know, and it’s what allows this dream to continue growing.
