Second Chance Career Center

Second Chance is a non-profit that assist with the elimination of barriers to EMPLOYMENT. Over the years we helped everyone that walked in the door but late last year God told me clearly I was a part of the problem. I had to learn to not serve in the way I wanted to but in the way God wanted me to, which is not to enable but teach self-sufficiency so that I’m a permanent solution and not a crutch. We directly assist or refer for transportation, childcare, household items, job referrals, bills, clothing etc etc BUT only to those that will use it as a stepping stone to independence. As of today in stock we have tons of household items, charmin tissue, diapers/wipes. I truly love serving however I am human and I use my down time for family and rest.
