No real takeaway here, just some interesting numbers from a tight market.

It's been quite a week for Real Estate professionals. Lots of opinions on the future of doing business and lots of conjecture and lots of blowing smoke. Real Estate is a local business and I don't think we're going to see many significant disruptions.

If you have a real estate need, talk to a smart agent who 'gets it' and you'll be doing well.
For consumers' sake, I would love to see all the people who practice real estate as a hobby exit the business.
