We are in need of a maintenance technician who can begin working immediately. The position available is full-time, seasonally Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM through November with on-call rotation for after hour emergencies. We are looking for someone with experience in general building maintenance inside and out, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds up keep, and the ability to prepare the apartments for new residents. You need to have a valid driver’s license, and means of transportation. We are a small team of energetic people who are looking for someone who can perform their duties on time, with the quality standards established for the community.
