Since moving back to Ohio 3 years ago, Shawna is the one and only insurer I have trusted. She has done a outstanding job when needed. I am a very busy person and truly appreciate her timeliness when attending to any matters, which have been minimum. Her finding me the best rates are also greatly appreciated.
