One of my favorite training systems that I have not done for a while is my modified superhero program. It is loosely based on the 6 weeks to Superhero program by Christian Thibadeau olfrom Testosterone Nation. My plan basically takes a movement and has a warmup or light weight high rep exercise, a strength exercise, and a power exercise. 2 to 4 rounds. So it might be a goblet squat for 15, a barbell squat for 8, squat jumps till power dissipates.
