I spent my birthday weekend in Miami with my husband and honestly, I still can’t get over how loved I feel.

What I keep coming back to is gratitude.🙏🙏

Relationships have always been one of the most important things in my life. I genuinely LOVE people and this week that love came back to me tenfold. I am truly humbled by it all.

At 40, I can honestly say I feel more like myself than ever before. More grateful, more grounded, more aware that none of this is guaranteed and every single day is a gift.

I don’t take a single breath, laugh, tear, or moment with the people I love for granted.

This life is enough.

More than enough.

And if I’m lucky, I hope I get 40 more years on this beautiful planet to love deeply, watch my babies grow, experience all life has to offer and continue becoming the woman I was created to be.
