With the right inspiration and you can achieve ANYTHING! For me to get here (still have a loooong ways to go) it was Christina Wilson and CW Wellness by Design! No one I'd rather have on my team on my fitness journey!

Looks at Kevin’s progress…he looks great! He’s popped into a few LIVE classes and has made the part of his workout routine. Trust the process and enjoy the journey. Fitness is not a destination…we can’t stop won’t stop. Keep moving. Find a way…you know the saying…use it or lose it. I am blessed to do what I can to help people start moving, keep moving and to stay moving. Thank you for sharing your progress with us!
