1st round of Georgia tax rebates are going out this week. They will go by the latest filed and processed tax return you have on file. It will be either 2024 or 2025 tax returns.

If you owe the Georgia Department of Revenue any debts you will not qualify for the rebate. Your rebate will be applied to the debt that you owe.

▪️Single filers can get up to $250
▪️Married filing jointly can get up to $500
▪️Head of household can get up to $375

Please look at your tax return page 1040 for the AGI to check if you qualify.
