This week was a great mix of learning, networking, and boots-on-the-ground real estate life here in Central Ohio.

Started the week with an excellent class from Justin Phillips on Tuesday, followed by another amazing session on service over sales with Julie Wills on Thursday. Always grateful for instructors who continue pushing our industry forward and helping agents sharpen their skills to better serve clients.

Also spent time at the CORPAC Auction at the Boat House at Confluence Park in Columbus. It’s always nice catching up with fellow REALTORS®, industry friends, and supporting advocacy that helps protect homeownership and property rights.

Friday brought the classic “soggy showings” experience with rain across Central Ohio, but that didn’t stop buyers from getting out and seeing homes. Thankfully, Saturday brought a little more sunshine and a much better backdrop for showings and house hunting.

Real estate never really slows down, rain or shine. ☀️🏡
